Your privacy at Black Saddle
This policy describes information used by the Black Saddle website and My Black Saddle. It covers website and account services; separate transaction documents may have their own notices.
What you choose to share
An account uses your email and the name you provide. You may add a phone number, search vision, saved properties, searches, comparisons, property notes, seller details and requests. Account authentication is handled by Supabase. Do not upload banking credentials, wire instructions, identification, loan files or sensitive transaction documents.
How information supports your search
Account information supports sign-in, your saved work, responses to your requests and property conversations. Relevant search and seller context may reach Black Saddle’s internal client relationship system. Private property-note contents and individual browsing events are excluded from that handoff.
Browsing and your choices
You can browse public property information without an account. Remembering property visits is optional and off by default. When enabled in Account & privacy, visits support recently viewed properties and explanations of repeated interest for your advisor. Turning it off stops new account activity collection; it does not remove earlier records. Alert preferences do not guarantee delivery while the listing or email service is unavailable.
Storage and service providers
Sign-in uses browser storage to maintain your session. Temporary browser-session storage helps avoid repeating a browsing invitation. Unsaved Guided Search answers remain on the open page unless you download or save them. Website hosting and Supabase process information needed to provide the launch services. Requests are retained for manual review and queued for later delivery to Black Saddle’s internal client relationship system. Automatic CRM delivery and third-party CAPTCHA verification are deferred at launch. Request validation, a hidden spam field, short-lived form identifiers and submission limits help prevent abuse.
Accounts during the initial launch
Email/password accounts can be used immediately without email confirmation. A registered email address is not proof of email ownership. Password reset by email is not yet available; keep your password safe and check your email address before registering. Account information remains accessible only through its authenticated account.
Access, correction and deletion
In Account & privacy, you can update contact preferences, download account data and request deletion. You may also contact Black Saddle about privacy. Identity verification may be needed before a request is completed. Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained; a deletion request is reviewed before completion. Do not send identity documents through the website form.
Privacy rights depend on applicable law and circumstances. The Colorado Attorney General explains Colorado privacy rights and when the Colorado Privacy Act applies.
